All visitors wishing to enter a Sweets from the Earth facility MUST review GMP rules and sign the NDA form before entering.

Gluten Free Facility
  • Sweets from the Earth is a vegan company. Non-vegan foods such as dairy, egg, meat, fish are strictly prohibited inside the plant at all times.
  • Wheat and Gluten containing products are not allowed into our Gluten-free facility at any time.
  • Allergens present in our Gluten Free plant: Peanuts, Tree Nuts (Almonds, Cashews, Pecans, Walnuts and Coconut), Soy and Sesame Seeds.
  • Please advise management if you are suffering from a communicable infectious disease or you have any open sores/wounds.
  • Wear steel toe safety shoes, Gluten Free uniforms, hairnets & beard nets before entering the plant. Red hairnet is for employees and white for visitors/Contractors. Visitors must wear protective shoe covers if they are wearing their street shoes.
  • No jewelry (watch, bracelet, necklace, ring, earring, stud etc.) is allowed. A Medical Alert bracelet is an exception.
  • No Fingernail polish, artificial nails, and false eyelashes are allowed. Nails must be properly trimmed at all times.
  • Excessive makeup and perfume are not allowed.
  • Clothing or hair accessories with beads, rhinestones long fibers (wool), pins or needles are prohibited.
  • Loose clothing, flowing neckties, lanyards, skirts, shorts, and Capri pants are not allowed.
  • No medications allowed inside the plant. Epi-pen is an exception.
  • Wash your hands properly before entering the production area, after using the washroom, after lunch, after handling garbage, when returning from the break etc.
  • Use only metal detectable blue colored Band-Aid to cover any open cuts /wounds.
  • Uniforms, hairnets and beard nets must be removed before entering the washroom, lunchroom and when going outside.
  • Pens with caps are not allowed. Bring only retractable pens. Loose items like pens must be secured and kept below the waist.
  • Eating, drinking, smoking, chewing gum or tobacco and tasting of a product are not allowed inside the plant.
  • STAPLED DOCUMENTS or pins are not allowed inside the plant.
  • During transit between facilities, the white uniform/coat must be removed at the first facility and the new one must be worn at the second facility.
  • No glass or hard plastics are allowed in the plant.
  • Plant doors must be kept closed at all times.
  • In case of alarm, please exit the facility immediately and report to your company contact.

Health Concerns: vomiting; diarrhea; Issues with skin on hands, arms or face; boils on fingers; discharge from eyes; nose or mouth; recurring bowel disorder; have any infectuous diseases (Salmonella, Camylobacter, Vibrio, Yersinia, Bacillus, Staph. Aureus, Clost. Perfrigens, Protozoa, Shigella sonnei, Worms); have been in contact with anyone with any infectuous diseases; in the last 21 days have been abroad or in contact with anyone at home or abroad who may be suffering from typhoid or paratyphoid.
